Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Shipping Options

We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to Contiguous 48 States. Oversized items may increase shipping costs. If your order does not qualify for the flat rate shipping rate, please call and we can provide a more accurate shipping estimate due to the item's size and/or weight. 


Order Status and Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at chris@saltcreeksales.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Lost/Damaged Packages 

If your package was lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. The shipping company will conduct an investigation to locate the package or examine damages. Keep in mind mother nature is unpredictable and packages may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Packages may require a signature, but will not be insured. Salt Creek Sales is not responsible for replacing lost packages.


Returns

Salt Creek Sales offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Non-stock items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Customers may obtain an RMA number by sending an email to chris@saltcreeksales.com. Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds must be issued to the original payment method used.
